David, Managing Partner, graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1984 and joined JNM in 1985. He was elected as Managing Partner in 2012. Prior to being Managing Partner, David was the lead partner for the A&A and technical review division for the firm. David currently serves as Team Captain for peer reviews of other CPA firms. He has performed over 200 peer reviews across throughout the United States.

David’s areas of specialization include financial institutions, telecommunications and wireless companies, manufacturing and distribution, and construction companies. He has extensive experience providing audit, accounting and advisory services to closely held businesses.

David has been named multiple times an Outstanding Committee Chair of the Kentucky Certified Public Accountants, and he is also a past president.
